I tried updating my maxisys pro but it keeps saying " network not available, please check the network". I have a strong internet connection yet I'm unable to perform any updates.
Can somebody please help me?
I'm so sick and tired of all the hurdles I'm facing with this device.

i'm guessing it's because we didn't update to the newest version yet? As for me, it's been almost a month now and no updates too. I'm still waiting it out if i should update to the newest version .Support, any idea if we are on the old version if will we still receive any updates? -

In order to alleviate the pressure of the server, we have set limits on the downloading thread quantity.
So it will cause the download failed sometime. So please don't worry and have a try later. It should be able to be downloaded if your unit is still under updating period.
